if you actually searched for this, then you know what it is. early/mid 70's epiphone ea-260 hollowbody bass. i've set it up with rotosound tru-bass flatwound black nylon strings. paul mccartney used these strings to record 'abbey road', and they make the bass sound fantastic. the action is nice and low, no buzzes. the pickups are super punchy, and you can really hear that it's a hollowbody. very round and warm. it's over 30 years old, so it's not in perfect condition, but it's a lot cleaner than others i've seen. i've included pictures of all the nicks and scratches that will show up on my camera. there's a scratch on the upper horn, a chip of paint that came off on the back, and a chip of paint that came off on the headstock right next to the D tuner. there's also a little belt rash on the back, but it's not bad.
i don't have the pickguard, but i do have the mute and the wooden piece that goes in the tailpiece, but i removed them because they got in the way when i played. they will be included, however, just in case you want to reinstall then.
there is no case, but i will head over to guitar
center and snag a cardboard guitar box out of their dumpster to ship it
in. shipping will be $30-40, i will give you an exact quote once
you win and i have your address. i hate being overcharged for shipping,
and i wont do it to you. i can do international, but obviously it will
cost you a little more.
i accept check, money order, cashier's check, and paypal (but only if you really insist, their surcharges are the shaft).
please don't hesitate to ask me any question
