As shown in the picture there are some scratches. The serial number is NB1532. It was made in the Czech Republic. Everything appears to be in working order. The picture shown is of the actual item. It comes just as you see it. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We DO NOT ship internationally!!! Please understand that I receive a very high volume of emails each day.
