Up for bids is a 1982 Vintage Gibson Victory Bass made in USA.

I purchased this bass just the way you see it here a couple years ago with the intentions of fixing it up for recording, I am not a bass player.

I think all its needs is a nut to be playable.

I was able to check the electronics and they work as they should.

The neck is very straight without the strings on but may need a truss rod adjustment after restringing.

Somebody removed the highest 4 frets and in doing so chipped the rosewood fingerboard. [see photo]

It appears to be all original.

The finish on the body shows its age but doesnt have any major scratches.

The case is original but has a few tears here and there, the latches and hinges are good.
