This is a great little fretless bass.  This has been my number 1 fretless for the past 2 years.  It is so light, yet balances perfectly.  The upper fret(stop) access is amazing, and the ebanol fingerboard is a breeze to play.  There are some slight swirl marks in the finish, mostly on the back.  But basically this luthite body has held up very well, and I would expect it to do so for some time.  There are some visible wear marks in the ebanol fingerboard, but no grooves, and nothing that effects playability.  I would expect the fingerboard would stand up to years of roundwound use.


If you've never played one of these basses, you're really missing out.  The luthite body is so light, and (in my opinion) gives up nothing in tone to real wood.




Comes with a decent gig bag, that really fits it pretty well.
