From the outset, please note that shipping is not 'Free', but will depend on where you live and what type of service you want. I have only listed shipping as 'Free' to get past eBay's rediculous shipping format. On offer is a fully original, mint condition, collector-grade medium scale, Alembic Series II Bass with Serial Number 822121 (born 19 May 1982). I purchased this 27 year old piece of history as a trophy, but now find myself in that all too familiar situation of having to 'rationalise' my instrument collection to support further additions to our household. This bass is absolutely flawless and the bright sound typifies the period perfectly. Construction is of walnut on top and back and a mahogany core. The neck is of maple with purple heart and it comes with an ebony fret board. All of the electronics work, including all red LEDs down the side of the neck. There are no scratches, dings, chips, or dents. The bass comes with a hard case, its genuine 5-pin cable, the DS-5 power supply, as well as the original receipt and documentation that came from the Santa Rosa factory. You will not be disappointed.
