These incredible basses were made in 1983 only. This one has been played but is in excellent condition. No disappointing marks. Equipped with silky-smooth tuners and a fine tuning bridge. With the three way coil splitters on each pickup you have 9 different tone combinations before you even touch the tone knob. Simple, just treble to bass.The Elite I (single set of pickups) and II were Fender's first active basses. A lot more I's than II's come up for sale, just FYI and most of us will never see a I. Comes in Fender black molded case. Must be played and heard to be believed, From spanky Strat sounds down to the Death Drum Of Bubinga. The name says it all. Truly a tour de force by Fender.
