Selling my Kawai bass


Hate to get rid f this baby but times are tough


The bass has the lowest and fastest action of any bass I have ever known.


Frets are still bight, no dead spots on neck


Electronics are a pair of Bartolini active humbuckers – tone is very versatile


This finish is what makes this bass unique. The guy I bought it from before started to remove the paint and blue primer beneath the very thick black coat – and never finished the job


Personally – I think it gives the overall look and attitude of the bass some personality.


I always used to say it’s a Steve Harris bass on acid – you can add your own “title” to it.


Although the finish is a bid odd looking, the bass otherwise is in fantastic shape. Great action and tone and sustain.


For those that want a high quality construction from a bass ad a very reasonable price – or if you’re like me – you collect Kawai basses as well
